Din uppsats är opublicerad forskning. Den här sidan säger rakt ut vad vi sparar av den, vad som lämnar servern, till vem, och hur du får tillbaka eller raderar allt.

Kort sagt

  • ThesisIQ har konton. Vi känner till din e-postadress, för utan den går kontot inte att återställa. Vi frågar inte om ditt namn.
  • Det du laddar upp är privat och isolerat till ditt eget konto och projekt — även de fragment och index som byggs av texten.
  • Din röst lämnar aldrig telefonen. Mikrofonen tolkas av telefonens egen taligenkänning. Ljudet skickas inte till oss och sparas ingenstans hos oss.
  • För att opponenten ska kunna fråga om det du faktiskt skrivit skickas stycken ur din uppsats och passets dialog till en språkmodell. Vilken, och på vilka villkor, står längre ned.
  • Ingen spårning och inga annonser, varken i appen eller på den här webbplatsen. Appen noterar en kort lista namngivna händelser och rapporterar fel den stöter på. Vad det innebär står längre ned.
  • Du kan hämta ut allt vi har och radera ditt konto själv, från appen. Vi behöver inte blandas in.

Privacy policy

Your paper is unpublished research. This page states plainly what we store of it, what leaves the server, to whom, and how you get it all back or delete it.

In short

  • ThesisIQ has accounts. We know your email address, because without one the account cannot be recovered. We do not ask for your name.
  • What you upload is private and isolated to your own account and project — including the fragments and indexes built from the text.
  • Your voice never leaves the phone. The microphone is interpreted by the phone's own speech recognition. The audio is not sent to us and is stored nowhere with us.
  • So that the opponent can ask about what you actually wrote, passages from your paper and the session's dialogue are sent to a language model. Which one, and on what terms, is further down.
  • No tracking and no advertising, neither in the app nor on this website. The app notes a short list of named events and reports the faults it runs into. What that means is set out below.
  • You can retrieve everything we hold and delete your account yourself, from the app. We do not need to be involved.

Who is responsible

Vad ett konto innehåller

  • Din e-postadress och ditt lösenord. Lösenordet lagras som en kryptografisk hash, aldrig i klartext, och kan inte läsas ut av oss.
  • Ditt språkval, svenska eller engelska, och när kontot skapades.
  • Frivilliga uppgifter om din forskning: utbildningsnivå, ämnesområde, forskningsansats, i vilket land och i vilken form disputationen sker, och ett planerat datum. Varje fält är frivilligt och kan lämnas tomt — de finns för att opponenten ska veta vilket rum den går in i, inte för att beskriva dig.

Vi frågar inte om namn, telefonnummer, postadress, lärosäte eller personnummer. Det finns inget fält för dem, och därför finns de inte att lämna ut.

E-post vi skickar

Tre sorters meddelanden, alla föranledda av något du gjort: bekräftelse av e-postadressen när kontot skapas, en återställningslänk när du bett om en, och ett kort besked när lösenordet har ändrats. Ingen nyhetsbrevsutskick, inga påminnelser, ingen marknadsföring.

What an account holds

  • Your email address and your password. The password is stored as a cryptographic hash, never in clear text, and cannot be read back by us.
  • Your choice of language, Swedish or English, and when the account was created.
  • Optional facts about your research: education level, discipline, research approach, the country and format of the defence, and a planned date. Every field is optional and may be left empty — they exist so the opponent knows what room it is walking into, not to describe you.

We do not ask for a name, a telephone number, a postal address, an institution or a national identity number. There is no field for them, so there is nothing to hand over.

Email we send

Three kinds of message, each prompted by something you did: confirmation of the email address when the account is created, a reset link when you asked for one, and a short notice when the password has been changed. No newsletter, no reminders, no marketing.

Vad som sparas av din uppsats

När du laddar upp en kappa, ett delarbete, ett manuskript eller ett protokoll som PDF eller DOCX sparas fyra saker:

  • Originalfilen, på serverns disk i en mapp som hör till ditt konto.
  • Texten som lästs ut ur dokumentet, inklusive tabeller.
  • Textens fragment och deras vektorer — det index som gör att opponenten kan hitta rätt stycke att fråga om. Vektorerna räknas ut av en öppen modell som vi kör på vår egen server och som inte kontaktar någon.
  • Beskrivningar av figurer. En figur är en bild, och för att opponenten ska kunna fråga om den skrivs en beskrivning av den i text. Beskrivningen tillhör ditt konto och delas inte mellan användare.

Det filnamn du gav filen visas i appen men används aldrig som sökväg på disk — inget som du skrivit blir en del av var något ligger.

Uppladdat material är isolerat till ditt konto och projekt. En sökning i texten når bara din egen text, och det är en villkorad databasfråga, inte en inställning.

What is stored of your paper

When you upload a summary chapter, a sub-study, a manuscript or a protocol as PDF or DOCX, four things are stored:

  • The original file, on the server's disk in a directory belonging to your account.
  • The text extracted from the document, tables included.
  • The text's fragments and their vectors — the index that lets the opponent find the right passage to ask about. The vectors are computed by an open model we run on our own server, which contacts nobody.
  • Descriptions of figures. A figure is an image, and so that the opponent can ask about it a description of it is written in text. The description belongs to your account and is not shared between users.

The file name you gave the file is shown in the app but is never used as a path on disk — nothing you wrote becomes part of where something lives.

Uploaded material is isolated to your account and project. A search of the text reaches only your own text, and that is a condition on the database query, not a setting.

Vad som sparas av dina träningspass

Ett pass sparas i sin helhet, för att du ska kunna pausa det, återuppta det och se vad du gjort tidigare. Det som sparas är opponentens frågor, dina svar, vilket läge och vilken längd du valde, om ett svar kom som text eller genom mikrofonen, om du rättade transkriptionen innan du skickade den, och den återkoppling passet gav.

Det finns ingen poäng och ingen rangordning att spara, för produkten räknar inte fram någon.

What is stored of your sessions

A session is stored in full, so that you can pause it, resume it and see what you did before. What is stored is the opponent's questions, your answers, the mode and length you chose, whether an answer came as text or through the microphone, whether you corrected the transcript before submitting it, and the feedback the session gave.

There is no score and no ranking to store, because the product computes neither.

Rösten stannar i telefonen

Det här är den starkaste enskilda utfästelsen på sidan, och den är arkitektur snarare än policy: det finns ingen taligenkänning på vår sida. Den är inte avstängd och den är inte en inställning — den är inte byggd, och kan därför inte råka slås på.

  • När du svarar i mikrofonen är det telefonens egen taligenkänning som gör om tal till text, i telefonen. Ljudet skickas aldrig till ThesisIQ, och ingen ljudinspelning sparas hos oss.
  • Appen ber om taligenkänning som fungerar utan nätverk där telefonen har sådan. Det gör iPhone, och Android från version 13. På äldre Android används telefonens vanliga taligenkänning, som kan gå över nätet till Google — det är telefonens egen funktion, vi har ingen nyckel till den och ser ingenting av den.
  • Transkriptionen visas för dig innan du skickar den, och du kan rätta den. Det är den rättade texten som blir ditt svar, och den behandlas som all annan text du skriver.
  • Ett helt pass går att genomföra i text, utan att ge mikrofontillstånd.

Opponentens röst

Åt andra hållet finns en tjänst. Texten i opponentens fråga skickas till Microsoft Azure Speech, regionen Sverige, som skickar tillbaka en ljudfil. Bara opponentens fråga skickas dit — aldrig ditt svar, aldrig text ur din uppsats, och aldrig något om vem du är. Servern tar inte heller emot en mening från appen: appen ber om en viss fråga i ett visst pass, och servern hämtar texten själv.

The voice stays on the phone

This is the strongest single commitment on the page, and it is architecture rather than policy: there is no speech recognition on our side. It is not switched off and it is not a setting — it is not built, and so it cannot be turned on by accident.

  • When you answer into the microphone, it is the phone's own speech recognition that turns speech into text, on the phone. The audio is never sent to ThesisIQ, and no recording is stored with us.
  • The app asks for speech recognition that works without a network wherever the phone has it. iPhone does, and Android from version 13. On older Android the phone's ordinary recognition is used, which may go over the network to Google — that is the phone's own feature, we hold no key to it and see nothing of it.
  • The transcript is shown to you before you submit it, and you can correct it. The corrected text is what becomes your answer, and it is treated like any other text you write.
  • A whole session can be run in text, without granting microphone permission.

The opponent's voice

In the other direction there is a service. The text of the opponent's question is sent to Microsoft Azure Speech, region Sweden, which sends back an audio file. Only the opponent's question goes there — never your answer, never text from your paper, and never anything about who you are. Nor does the server accept a sentence from the app: the app asks for a particular question in a particular session, and the server fetches the text itself.

Vad som skickas till språkmodellen

Opponenten och återkopplingen skrivs av en språkmodell hos Anthropic. För att en fråga ska handla om din uppsats och inte om ämnet i allmänhet skickas tre saker dit:

  • De stycken ur din uppsats som valts ut för passet.
  • Passets dialog så här långt — opponentens frågor och dina svar.
  • De frivilliga uppgifterna om din forskning: nivå, ämnesområde, land och form.

Din uppsats i sin helhet lämnar aldrig servern. Frågorna byggs på de stycken som en enskild fråga behöver, valda på servern i Helsingfors av en modell som körs på samma maskin — filen du laddade upp skickas inte vidare, och ingen leverantör får den som dokument.

Din e-postadress skickas aldrig dit, och inte heller ditt lösenord. Modellen får aldrig veta vem materialet kommer ifrån.

Anthropics kommersiella API-villkor utesluter att kunddata används för att träna deras allmänna modeller. Det är ett krav på leverantören som produkten är byggd på och inte en inställning i den. Behandlingen kan ske utanför EU/EES, och den är den enda del av produkten där så kan vara fallet — allt som lagras lagras i EU.

Om modellen returnerar sitt eget resonemang kastas det innan svaret lämnar den del av systemet som talar med leverantören. Ingenting nedströms tar emot det, och det kan därför inte sparas.

Vad vi räknar

Varje anrop till en språkmodell eller till rösttjänsten lämnar en rad som säger vilken modell, hur mycket den läste och skrev, vad det kostade och hur lång tid det tog. Raden innehåller ingen text ur din uppsats, ingen fråga och inget svar. Den är bokföring, och den är också det som gör att en rimlighetsgräns går att sätta.

What is sent to the language model

The opponent and the feedback are written by a language model at Anthropic. So that a question is about your paper and not about the subject in general, three things are sent there:

  • The passages from your paper selected for the session.
  • The session's dialogue so far — the opponent's questions and your answers.
  • The optional facts about your research: level, discipline, country and format.

Your paper as a whole never leaves the server. A question is built from the passages that one question needs, chosen on the server in Helsinki by a model running on the same machine — the file you uploaded is not forwarded, and no provider receives it as a document.

Your email address is never sent there, and neither is your password. The model is never told whom the material came from.

Anthropic's commercial API terms exclude customer data from training their general models. That is a requirement on the provider that the product is built on, not a setting inside it. The processing may take place outside the EU/EEA, and it is the only part of the product where that may be so — everything that is stored is stored in the EU.

If the model returns its own reasoning, it is discarded before the answer leaves the part of the system that talks to the provider. Nothing downstream receives it, and so it cannot be stored.

What we count

Every call to a language model or to the voice service leaves a row saying which model, how much it read and wrote, what it cost and how long it took. The row contains no text from your paper, no question and no answer. It is accounting, and it is also what makes a fair-use limit possible.

Var uppgifterna finns

På en server i Helsingfors, Finland, inom EU/EES. Databasen, de uppladdade filerna och modellen som räknar ut textens vektorer körs alla på den maskinen. Trafiken mellan appen och servern går alltid över TLS.

Säkerhetskopior tas varje natt, krypteras med en nyckel som inte finns kvar på servern, och sparas i fjorton dagar innan de skrivs över.

Vem vi anlitar

  • Hetzner — servern, som står i Helsingfors.
  • Anthropic — språkmodellen som spelar opponenten och skriver återkopplingen.
  • Microsoft Azure Speech, regionen Sverige — opponentens röst.
  • Loopia, Sverige — domän, DNS och den e-post vi skickar.
  • Apple och Google — betalningen, som säljare i eget namn.

Ingen annan får tillgång till dina uppgifter. Vi säljer dem inte, delar dem inte och byter dem inte med någon.

Loggar

Webbservern för en vanlig åtkomstlogg — IP-adress, tidpunkt och vilken adress som anropades — som används för drift och felsökning och sparas i nittio dagar. Applikationens egna loggar innehåller aldrig text ur din uppsats, dina svar eller modellens svar; det är en regel som ligger i koden och inte en vana.

Where the data lives

On a server in Helsinki, Finland, within the EU/EEA. The database, the uploaded files and the model that computes the text's vectors all run on that machine. Traffic between the app and the server always goes over TLS.

Backups are taken nightly, encrypted with a key that is not kept on the server, and held for fourteen days before they are overwritten.

Who we use

  • Hetzner — the server, which stands in Helsinki.
  • Anthropic — the language model that plays the opponent and writes the feedback.
  • Microsoft Azure Speech, region Sweden — the opponent's voice.
  • Loopia, Sweden — domain, DNS and the email we send.
  • Apple and Google — payment, as sellers in their own name.

Nobody else is given access to your data. We do not sell it, share it or trade it with anyone.

Logs

The web server keeps an ordinary access log — IP address, time and which address was requested — used for operations and troubleshooting and kept for ninety days. The application's own logs never contain text from your paper, your answers or the model's answers; that is a rule that lives in the code, not a habit.

Betalning

Det som säljs i appen köps i App Store eller på Google Play. Betalningen sker hos Apple respektive Google, som är säljare. Vi ser aldrig dina kortuppgifter, ditt namn eller din faktureringsadress, och det finns ingen kassa hos oss att lämna dem i.

Appen skickar ett kvitto-id till oss, och vi frågar Apple eller Google om det är giltigt. Det vi sparar av svaret är vilken produkt som köpts, butikens referens och när tillgången går ut — inget mer.

Lärosäten och forskarskolor faktureras utanför apparna. Den affären är mellan organisationen och oss och rör inte den enskilda doktorandens uppgifter.

Payment

What is sold in the app is bought in the App Store or on Google Play. Payment happens with Apple or Google, who are the sellers. We never see your card details, your name or your billing address, and there is no checkout with us to give them to.

The app sends a receipt identifier to us, and we ask Apple or Google whether it is valid. What we keep of the answer is which product was bought, the store's reference and when the access expires — nothing more.

Institutions and graduate schools are invoiced outside the apps. That transaction is between the organisation and us and does not touch an individual candidate's data.

Händelserna appen noterar

Appen skickar en kort lista namngivna händelser till servern, knutna till ditt konto. Det är hela listan: att appen öppnades, att ett pass startades, avslutades eller lämnades, vilket steg i introduktionen du nådde och lämnade, att ett köp gick igenom, att en inloggningslänk begärdes och löstes in, och att ett anrop till servern gick fel.

Med varje händelse följer tidpunkten, appens version och byggnummer, plattformen och vilket språk du använder. Ingenting av det du skriver följer med — inte din text, inte dina svar, inte opponentens frågor.

Varför: för att se var kandidater fastnar och vad som går sönder. En introduktion som tappar hälften vid ett visst steg syns inte på något annat sätt, och ett fel som bara drabbar en telefonmodell hade vi annars fått höra om av en tillfällighet.

Det är vår egen notering på vår egen server, inte ett analysverktyg. Ingen tredje part tar emot den, den lämnar inte EU, och den raderas med kontot.

The events the app notes

The app sends a short list of named events to the server, tied to your account. This is the whole list: that the app was opened, that a session was started, finished or left, which step of the introduction you reached and left, that a purchase went through, that a sign-in link was requested and redeemed, and that a call to the server failed.

Each event carries the time, the app's version and build number, the platform and the language you are using. Nothing you write goes with it — not your text, not your answers, not the opponent's questions.

Why: to see where candidates get stuck and what breaks. An introduction that loses half its people at one step shows up nowhere else, and a fault that hits only one model of phone would otherwise reach us by chance.

It is our own note on our own server, not an analytics tool. No third party receives it, it does not leave the EU, and it is deleted with the account.

Felrapporter

När appen kraschar, eller stöter på ett fel den inte väntade sig, sparar den en felrapport i telefonen och skickar den till servern nästa gång den kan, knuten till ditt konto.

Rapporten innehåller vilken sorts fel det var, var i appens kod det uppstod, vilken skärm som var öppen, tidpunkten, appens version och byggnummer, plattformen och operativsystemets version. Felmeddelandet följer inte med, eftersom det kan innehålla text från det du arbetar med. Inget du skriver följer med.

Varför: ett fel som stänger appen syns annars bara om någon hör av sig om det, och de flesta gör inte det.

Samma villkor som för händelserna: vår egen server, ingen tredje part, inte utanför EU, och rapporterna raderas med kontot.

Fault reports

When the app crashes, or runs into a fault it did not expect, it saves a fault report on the phone and sends it to the server the next time it can, tied to your account.

The report holds what kind of fault it was, where in the app's code it happened, which screen was open, the time, the app's version and build number, the platform and the operating system's version. The error message does not go with it, because it can contain text from what you are working on. Nothing you write goes with it.

Why: a fault that closes the app is otherwise only seen if somebody gets in touch about it, and most people do not.

The same terms as the events: our own server, no third party, not outside the EU, and the reports are deleted with the account.

Vad vi inte har

  • Ingen spårning och inget analysverktyg i appen. Inga annonser, inga annonsidentifierare och inget SDK från tredje part för analys eller felrapporter. Vi mäter inte hur länge du håller i telefonen och vi följer dig ingen annanstans. Det vi däremot noterar är en kort lista namngivna händelser och de fel appen stöter på, och båda står beskrivna ovan.
  • Inga ljudinspelningar. Det finns ingen lagring att slå på.
  • Inget av modellens interna resonemang.
  • Inga kortuppgifter, inget namn, inget personnummer, ingen adress, inget telefonnummer.
  • Ingen profilering och inget automatiserat beslutsfattande med rättsliga följder för dig. Produkten sätter inget betyg och förutsäger inte om du blir godkänd.

Den här webbplatsen mäter ingenting och laddar ingenting från tredje part. Det enda som sparas i din webbläsare är ditt språkval, och det lämnar aldrig enheten. I appen sparas din inloggning i telefonens säkra lagring — Keychain på iOS, Keystore på Android — och ditt språk- och röstval bland appens inställningar.

Ingen kaka sätts för att mäta eller känna igen dig. Den enda kaka webbplatsen sätter är den som håller en inloggad drifttekniker inloggad på sin egen adminsida, den sätts först när någon loggar in där, och den innehåller ingenting annat än en slumpmässig nyckel till den sessionen.

What we do not have

  • No tracking and no analytics SDK in the app. No advertising, no advertising identifiers and no third party SDK for analytics or fault reports. We do not measure how long you hold the phone, and we do not follow you anywhere else. What we do note is a short list of named events and the faults the app runs into, both described above.
  • No audio recordings. There is no storage to switch on.
  • None of the model's internal reasoning.
  • No card details, no name, no national identity number, no address, no telephone number.
  • No profiling and no automated decision-making with legal effects for you. The product gives no grade and predicts nothing about whether you will pass.

This website measures nothing and loads nothing from third parties. The only thing stored in your browser is your choice of language, and it never leaves the device. In the app your sign-in is kept in the phone's secure storage — Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android — and your language and voice choices among the app's settings.

No cookie is set to measure or recognise you. The only cookie this website sets is the one that keeps a signed-in operator signed in to their own admin page; it is set when somebody signs in there and holds nothing but a random key to that session.

Rättslig grund

Vi behandlar uppgifterna för att kunna leverera det du bett om: ett konto, en opponent som läst din text, och en historik du kan återvända till. Den rättsliga grunden är att fullgöra avtalet med dig enligt artikel 6.1 b i dataskyddsförordningen.

Uppgifter som inte hör hemma här

Ladda inte upp direkt identifierbara patient- eller deltagaruppgifter. ThesisIQ är byggt för texten i din avhandling, inte för ditt forskningsmaterial. Avidentifiera innan du laddar upp, precis som inför en publicering. Vi har inte byggt systemet för att ta emot särskilda kategorier av personuppgifter om någon annan än dig, och du får inte lägga in dem.

Legal basis

We process the data in order to deliver what you asked for: an account, an opponent that has read your text, and a history you can return to. The legal basis is performance of the contract with you, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Data that does not belong here

Do not upload directly identifiable patient or participant data. ThesisIQ is built for the text of your thesis, not for your research material. De-identify before uploading, exactly as you would before publication. We have not built the system to receive special categories of personal data about anybody other than you, and you must not put them in.

Hur länge vi sparar

Så länge du har ett konto. Det finns ingen automatisk gallring, och det är ett medvetet val: en avhandling skrivs i flera år, och en produkt som raderar din uppsats åt dig medan du arbetar med den vore en produkt du inte kunde lita på.

Det du raderar försvinner ur systemet direkt, och ur säkerhetskopiorna senast efter fjorton dagar, eftersom en kopia sparas i fjorton dagar och sedan skrivs över.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. There is no automatic deletion, and that is a deliberate choice: a thesis is written over several years, and a product that deleted your paper for you while you were working on it would be a product you could not rely on.

What you delete disappears from the system immediately, and from the backups within fourteen days at the latest, because a copy is kept for fourteen days and then overwritten.

Hämta ut dina uppgifter

I appen, under Inställningar → Dina uppgifter → Spara en kopia, hämtar du allt vi har om dig som ett dokument: kontot och profilen, dina projekt, dina dokument med en väg till originalfilerna, varje träningspass med varje fråga, varje svar och den återkoppling som gavs, och de händelser och felrapporter appen har skickat. Också opåbörjade och avbrutna pass finns med — ett utdrag som innehöll mindre än en radering tar bort vore osant om vad vi har.

Du behöver inte be oss om det, och vi behöver inte veta att du gjort det.

Getting your data out

In the app, under Settings → Your data → Save a copy, you retrieve everything we hold about you as one document: the account and the profile, your projects, your documents with a path to the original files, every session with every question, every answer and the feedback that was given, and the events and fault reports the app has sent. Unfinished and abandoned sessions are included too — an export that held less than a deletion removes would be untrue about what we have.

You do not have to ask us for it, and we do not have to know that you did it.

Radera ditt konto

I appen, under Inställningar → Dina uppgifter → Radera mitt konto. Det sker direkt, det går inte att ångra, och ingen kopia blir kvar hos oss. Det som tas bort är allt:

  • Dina uppladdade filer, från disken och inte bara från databasen.
  • Den utlästa texten, textens fragment, vektorerna och figurbeskrivningarna.
  • Dina projekt.
  • Alla träningspass, med varje fråga och varje svar.
  • Bokföringsraderna som säger vad dina pass kostade.
  • Din tillgång, det vill säga raden som säger vad du köpt. Butikens eget kvitto är Apples eller Googles och hanteras hos dem.
  • Alla inloggningar på alla enheter, och alla länkar vi mailat dig som ännu inte gått ut.
  • Sist din e-postadress och ditt lösenord. Därefter finns inget kvar som pekar på dig.

Vill du bara ta bort ett projekt eller ett dokument går det också, från projektet i appen. Då försvinner filen, den utlästa texten, fragmenten och vektorerna. Figurbeskrivningarna ligger kvar under ditt konto, så att en rättad version av samma avhandling inte behöver beskriva om tjugo oförändrade figurer — de raderas när kontot raderas.

Skulle appen inte gå att nå kan du be oss radera kontot på info@frontq.se, från adressen kontot har.

Deleting your account

In the app, under Settings → Your data → Delete my account. It happens immediately, it cannot be undone, and no copy is left with us. What is removed is everything:

  • Your uploaded files, from the disk and not only from the database.
  • The extracted text, the text's fragments, the vectors and the figure descriptions.
  • Your projects.
  • Every session, with every question and every answer.
  • The accounting rows saying what your sessions cost.
  • Your access — the row saying what you bought. The store's own receipt is Apple's or Google's and is handled there.
  • Every sign-in on every device, and every link we have mailed you that has not yet expired.
  • Last, your email address and your password. After that nothing remains that points to you.

If you only want to remove a project or a document, that works too, from the project in the app. The file, the extracted text, the fragments and the vectors all go. The figure descriptions stay under your account, so that a corrected version of the same thesis does not have to describe twenty unchanged figures again — they are removed when the account is.

If the app cannot be reached, you can ask us to delete the account at info@frontq.se, from the address the account uses.

Dataskyddsförordningen ger dig rätt att få veta vilka uppgifter vi behandlar om dig, att få dem rättade, att få dem raderade, att få behandlingen begränsad, att invända mot den och att få uppgifterna i ett format du kan ta med dig. De två som används oftast — utdrag och radering — sker i appen och kräver ingen begäran. De övriga når du oss om på info@frontq.se.

Du har alltid rätt att klaga hos Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Om detta ändras

Vi ändrar aldrig i efterhand hur redan insamlade uppgifter används. Utökas behandlingen skrivs den här sidan om innan det sker, och datumet högst upp ändras.

Your rights

The GDPR gives you the right to know what data we process about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to have the processing restricted, to object to it, and to receive the data in a form you can take with you. The two used most often — access and erasure — happen in the app and need no request. For the others, reach us at info@frontq.se.

You always have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

If this changes

We never change retroactively how already collected data is used. If the processing is extended, this page is rewritten before that happens, and the date at the top changes.
